Meet Bea
Bea leads our product development: creating desirable, commercial collections. She has more than 15 years' experience in jewellery, buying fine ranges for Signet and House of Fraser, as well as developing branded collaborations, concession ranges and fashion jewellery for Arcadia brands (under the DCK portfolio), Virgin, New Look, Debenhams, Lipsy and Next online.
Meet Victoria
Victoria is a sustainability champion in the jewellery sector. She ensures Considered jewellery is sourced and produced responsibly. Her background includes creating the first supply chains to bring Fairtrade Gold to market through high profile brands like Clogau Gold, Stephen Webster, and Kering. She is co-founder of V&V Sustainability Consultancy, a B Leader, and a member of Fair Luxury.

Jess (&lizzie)
Jess is a creation whizz. Her CAD skills and attention to detail help bring our ranges to life. Jess also designs her own jewellery and makes one off pieces for bespoke customers, whilst also helping students at The London College of Fashion to build their creative and design skills.

With their vast knowledge of the plating process, Dean and Mark support our commitment to use Fairmined gold and silver. Their company, D&M Jewellery, is proud to be the first in the world to offer plating services in Fairmined Gold. Find out more.

suzanne
Suzanne first learnt her craft in Hatton Garden and her extensive design experience spans both fine and fashion jewellery. She’s created beautiful, wearable ranges for many high street retailers and helped to bring our first designs to life.

Bridget is owner of Bridge Creative (NZ). She specialises in providing purposeful branding and graphic design that connects your business with the right people. And that's exactly what she does for Considered. Contact her here.
