Meet Bea
Bea is the visionary behind our stunning jewellery. With over 20 years of experience in the industry as a buyer, she has a successful track record developing commercial, design-led jewellery ranges for retailers and concessions, as well as collaborating with brands to create exclusive collections. She’s committed to creating beautiful, sustainable pieces that customers will love to wear for years to come.
Meet Victoria
Victoria is a sustainability champion in the jewellery sector. She ensures Considered jewellery is sourced and produced responsibly. Her background includes building the first supply chains to bring Fairtrade Gold to market. She is co-founder of V&V Sustainability Consultancy, where she supports brands to work in a way that protects people and planet. She's also a B Leader, and a member of Fair Luxury.

Jess (&lizzie)
Jess is a creation whizz. Her CAD skills and attention to detail help bring our ranges to life. Jess also designs her own jewellery and makes one off pieces for bespoke customers, whilst helping students at The London College of Fashion to build their creative and design skills.
REBECCA
Rebecca Maddock is a marketing guru, creating content for Considered's social media and other promotional work. She loves to support small businesses through her creative consultancy. Contact her here.

ASHLEIGH
Considered Jewellery's head office is based at Empire House in the Yorkshire hills. As well as managing the space, Ash even models some of our collection. She's an all round superstar.
TERRI
Terri McLean is a talented seamstress and upholstery expert. She is also the maker of our beautiful Considered jewellery pouches. Each one is handmade in her Yorkshire studio. Contact her here.
SUZANNE
Suzanne first learnt her craft in Hatton Garden and her extensive design experience spans both fine and fashion jewellery. She’s created beautiful, wearable ranges for many high street retailers and helped to bring our first designs to life.
DEAN & MARK
With their vast knowledge of the plating process, Dean and Mark support our commitment to use Fairmined gold and silver. Their company, D&M Jewellery, is proud to be the first in the world to offer plating services in Fairmined Gold.

Located in London’s Hatton Garden, the team at Just Casting 3D print and cast some of our Signature collections using recycled silver. They are part of our Created in the UK certified supply chain
